Dear Patients

As you may appreciate we are in uncertain times with the medical profession learning about the plan for vaccines often at the same time as you our patients.

It has come to our attention that in these times of stress much abuse is being targeted at our staff on the telephone about circumstances which are out of our control.

Our Practice are working long hours often into the night in an attempt to bring vaccinations to you in these uncertain times.

We enjoy good relationships with our patients something we wish to continue
Many thanks
